GUILTY OK - Jaymie Adams, 25, Blanchard, 9 Dec 2011

 • #881
I just spent all day reading the last 40+ pages. I have to say- Justin sounds like a selfish idiot and definitely made himself look terrible while dealing with the police but he was trying to cover up what him & Jaymie were doing on CL. His mom didn't help make him look any better, that's for sure.
I have to say it looks very probable Cyr was the one responsible for her death. He lied about canceling on her probably because he knew she was dead and wanted to make detectives believe he was no where near her that night.
With all due respect, Lewalters, the green river killer- Gary Ridgeway- was happily married for 20+ years and his wife had no idea that he killed the 71 women that he confessed to killing. Police believe it to be more than 90 and he was convicted of the murders of 49. She also believed he didn't have the time to commit such crimes. I do feel for you and I am so glad to read that you have an excellent support system. I wish you the best.

I am asking this with no malicious tone whatsoever. I am curious what makes you believe he did it over Justin? As I stated most of what you read online is a lie. And Lord only knows I will have my day in court to prove where there are lies. If the internet is true on Justins behalf he lied about far more. He even lied about knowing where she was before she was found. He lied about her having an inusrance policy and his Major is the one who told police he did in fact have a $100k policy on Jaymie. It also concerns me that he proposed to another woman so shortly after his wife was brutally murdered. Also he states her baby was a "rape baby". I spoke to a friend of hers that said that was his baby. In one interview he admits to being physically abusive and makes the comment that he "won't let anyone else be with her". If half this is true I have no idea how he is not the one responsible for this.

I know everyone is going to form their opinion. I am just begging that people aren't so quick to form an opinion off of what they read on the internet. If what I have read on the internet about Justin is true...and that's a big if...I believe he did it and he knew exactly how to set up a probable John so that he could walk away unscathed.

The ME claims Jaymie was wearing a cream color “OLD NAVY” brand coat when she was stabbed yet he didn’t mention he found any of her blood on it in the AR.

And what caused the fluid line found on the back of Jaymie’s body? This substance should also be on the coat yet it wasn’t mentioned in the AR either. I recall it was very busy in the morgue when Jaymie’s Autopsy took place.

Jaymie was wearing a jacket when she left her house so if this coat doesn’t belong to Jaymie, whose is it, where did it come from, and where are her clothes? What are the chances of finding out who the coat belonged to? The ME didn’t say whether the coat was a man or woman’s either.

The decedent is received wearing a cream color “OLD NAVY” brand coat. The brown buttons and belt loops of the coat are intact. Reportedly, it was found buttoned in front protecting the upper front of the body from drying and animal activity. Two perforating cuts are noted on the upper back collar area. One perforating cut is noted on the upper back and 15 perforating cuts are noted on the back of this garment. The cuts roughly overly stab wounds on the decedent to be described. The coat has a cream colored lining and seams in the back. The cuts perforate at least two layers of fabric (the outer layer and lining) and in some areas more than two layers of fabric, like the cuts on the collar and the seam of the back.

The body appears to have a fluid line on the back (like it was lying in fluid for
sometime). It appears more decomposing with prominent postmortem insect activity in the head and neck area compared to the covered front of the torso.

I would assume it is a woman's jacket due to the belt loops on the jacket. It was probably a trench-coat style. MOO.

Early reports said Jaymie had been at Walmart that night. Police say they have video and a receipt from Walmart showing Joseph Cyr buying items that were later found at the scene with Jaymie's body.

I wonder if Jaymie was with Joseph Cyr at the Walmart, and that cream coat (whether she was there or not) is one of the items he's buying on video and receipt, and later found with Jaymie's body.

Wal-Mart doesn't sell the Old Navy brand.

How soon after her death did the husband have a girlfriend? It kind of does seem like a set up to me.

Repeat. That was a rumor. I have a copy of the receipt and I know all the items made it home that night.

She did not go to walmart. Thats what Justin had originally told LE in order to hide her prostitution.

Jaymie disappeared in december 2011. Her body was found in January 2012. Just was areested at the end of January. He proposed to his girlfriend from jail. From what I could understand he had been talking to the girlfriend since october. I could be wrong on that.

Also I want to know what happened to her laptop, cell phone purse etc. Trying to add all this up in my brain. I read an affadavit that said Justin talked to his mom from 2-3 but didn't call his wifes cell phone until 5:14 am. That stuck out as odd to me.

To your knowledge, did Joseph even know Jaymie? Had he met her before (platonically or otherwise)?

Another thing that stood out to me was that after so many stab wounds her uterus was intact. I know at 8 weeks she would not have been showing. How odd is it that she was stabbed so many times but no where near her baby? That made me think that her killer knew she was pregnant.

To my knowledge he did not. He told me that was the only time he had contacted her.

Also, do you know if the life insurance was paid out to Justin?

Murder by stabbing is almost ALWAYS done by someone who knows the person. I don't have the statistics on hand, but it is a pretty high percentage (90+). It takes a special kind of rage to stab someone to death, and that is usually borne via a close or semi-close relationship with the victim.

I have gone over this a million times. IF he met with her he was only for 15-20 minutes. There was no time for meeting her, having sex with her, killing her, cleaning up and dispising of evidence. Thats what I mean by the timing was off. I know what time he checked out from a walmart 45 mins away versus when he was home watching tv. If and I mean if he met her it would have been a quick meet up. Plus if someone had stabbed someone so many times wouldn't they have blood everywhere? His clothes were perfectly normal. He didn't come home and shower. Believe me...I am a logical person. I have thought of this from every aspect and it doesn't add up...

Weren't Jaymie's laptop, cell phone and purse locked in her van? Isn't that why Justin wanted to break into the vehicle? I think one SW was issued for Justin and Jaymie's communication devices and another for permission to search the couple's house.

I remember someone saying they never found them and they thought it was odd that she would have taken her laptop out of her van with her while engaging in sex. I can go back and re-read but I could have sworn they never found her stuff.

Maybe the coat has a label inside which states the brand name, size and lot number. I read somewhere it was a winter coat. If the coat is new it may have been recently purchased.
This is a key piece of evidence so I'm glad it's preserved.
