Whoa...after digging through affadavits I found something. It says Dennys had Jamie on camera at 0253 paying for her meal. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt Joseph was in bed with me at that point.

Ok that's odd. It says Justin told them that the manager saw her on tape but when they spoke to the manager he said he had not seen her. They reviewed the tape and did not see her.

It says Justin told them Jaymie had taken her cell and laptop with her. So as far as I can tell they never found them.

Jaymie disappeared in december 2011. Her body was found in January 2012. Just was areested at the end of January. He proposed to his girlfriend from jail. From what I could understand he had been talking to the girlfriend since october. I could be wrong on that.

Tina, Justin's mother admitted Justin was talking to some woman but she said the woman was only a friend. Justin's been living with a close relative since he bonded out of jail. I would like to know why he waited hours to call his wifes cell phone when he was supposed to be out looking for her. Wouldnt you call the cell phone first?

I have gone over this a million times. IF he met with her he was only for 15-20 minutes. There was no time for meeting her, having sex with her,killing her, cleaning up and dispising of evidence. Thats what I mean by the timing was off. I know what time he checked out from a walmart 45 mins away versus when he was home watching tv. If and I mean if he met her it would have been a quick meet up. Plus if someone had stabbed someone so many times wouldn't they have blood everywhere? His clothes were perfectly normal. He didn't come home and shower. Believe me...I am a logical person. I have thought of this from every aspect and it doesn't add up...

LE haven't found the crime scene or the murder weapon and they don't know what happened. Does the prosecution have any real incriminating evidence?

I find it hard to believe Jaymie was wearing the coat when she was stabbed because the AR didn't say it contained any blood. The medical examiner examined the stab wounds but in his report he didn't specify what type of instrument caused the wounds.

Wow. I hadn't checked on Jaymie's case in quite some time, and I was so surprised by Cyr's arrest, the revelation that Justin's ping info was supposedly "false", and lewalters' posts re: the search warrants and the discrepancies being reported in the media.

What on earth? I don't know what to think anymore. All along, I felt that Justin was responsible, and that Cyr was "just a john" (or potential john). My reasons for that were plenty: Justin's lies and inconsistencies, his phone pinging off the same towers as Jaymie's (which now may not be true), the fact that he had a girlfriend prior to the murder, the fact that Jaymie was stabbed numerous times, including in the head and face -- that is so, so personal. Most (not all, but very many) violent stabbing deaths are carried out by someone known to the victim. It has always been hard for me to see a john or a random perp killing her in that fashion.

But... this supposed DNA throws a monkey wrench into things. If Cyr's DNA was found in/on Jaymie (and I say "if" because I am so distrustful of the media reports on this case now), then why did he lie to police? Why did he say he canceled, that he never met up with her? Was it a simple case of fear that he would (naturally) be a prime suspect in her murder, even if he didn't harm her?

We were told by our civil attorney that they may retaliate. I *think* that could be what happened.

Knowing you and your babies were home alone waiting for Joseph to return may have been the reason Joseph decided to not show up for his appt with Jaymie. Until you introduced yourself, I thought Joseph was single.

I honestly believe that IF he lied it was because he was afraid I would find out. And he may have been afraid that he would be a prime suspect. I honestly believe he would have been a suspecr either way.

Has a trial date been set? BBM I'm sure the Prosecutor is required by law to disclose any information and evidence they have before going to trial. Disclosure is just part of the process and the defendants due right, period.

Your in a very horrible situation and I due want to caution you in what you type on here. We are certainly here to debate and sleuth, but just know that LE, Attorneys, PI's all read here and many are members from various cases including very high profile ones. I just want you to be aware of what you type doesn't come back to bite you.

I'm truly sorry this is happening in your life and reiterate what other's have said in regards to having a strong support system.

This report said 3 men contacted Jaymie for the sex the night she died so her previous client might have followed Jaymie to McDonalds. There are no witnesses who saw Jaymie at McD's. Was Joseph not home at midnight? What time was he at Walmart? Until LE allegedly found JC's DNA on the victim, did Joseph tell you he contacted Jaymie for sex but didn't show up?

Lea you I know this is sort is off topic not really, just a thought though, have you read the stories on here and other sites use the tag OK in the tag search and read it might help you (clear throat) understand some of OK investigative tactics honestly I'm about 70 /30 on this case and stabbing like that is someone who is very angry, and it is usually very personal we know what the motive w Justin ( or motivea) but what motive would Joseph have?

I am asking this with no malicious tone whatsoever. I am curious what makes you believe he did it over Justin? As I stated most of what you read online is a lie. And Lord only knows I will have my day in court to prove where there are lies. If the internet is true on Justins behalf he lied about far more. He even lied about knowing where she was before she was found. He lied about her having an inusrance policy and his Major is the one who told police he did in fact have a $100k policy on Jaymie. It also concerns me that he proposed to another woman so shortly after his wife was brutally murdered. Also he states her baby was a "rape baby". I spoke to a friend of hers that said that was his baby. In one interview he admits to being physically abusive and makes the comment that he "won't let anyone else be with her". If half this is true I have no idea how he is not the one responsible for this.

I know everyone is going to form their opinion. I am just begging that people aren't so quick to form an opinion off of what they read on the internet. If what I have read on the internet about Justin is true...and that's a big if...I believe he did it and he knew exactly how to set up a probable John so that he could walk away unscathed.

Mostly because of the DNA evidence. If he cancelled on her, how did LE get his DNA from her body?

I have been completely emotionally drained. I have stopped reading a lot of this just to keep my sanity. I still have heard nothing on discovery. I think they will proceed on July 1 because they have supoenaed witnesses. I have just been trying to keep my head above water.

I did read someone's comment about Justin being too squemish for this. What I can say about Joseph if I've always seen him have a kind heart. We had to put down a rescue horse due to his health issues and him and I cried together. Hell I had a pet chicken (yes you read that right) and Ernie the chicken got sick. Well when that happens you have to kill them. Neother of us could do it immediately and yet again...we both cried. (He would probably be embarassed that I told those stories). That alone does not tell me he isn't capable of killing someone. If you talk to anyone of his friends and family he has NO history of being violent. A good friend of his witness am ex girfriend of his draw back and hit him. His friend said at no time did he hit back or become agressive with her. Again you can't base your judgement stricly off of that. I go off of the time frame and different elements from that night. I have been advised not to post time frames and such until after the hearing. To be honest, I am completely drained of it all.

The kods are adjusted and we are moving forward with our life. I just pray everyday for the truth to come out in this case.

I know justin and he's not engaged. he met his current girlfriend after his wife went missing but before they found her. I don't know how serious they were then. He's selfish and always has to have some one giving him attention. he's also very squeamish so that makes it difficult thinking he could stand alot of blood. you sign alot of papers when you join branches of the military its not hard to fathom he didn't read them all when signing for a life insurance policy. trust me he's not the type that reads all the fine print. he has not collected any money from it. if any has its gone to justin jr and nana is in charge of him. I've been told jaymie was prostituting before she even met justin and had warrants out one of the reasons he didn't mention thats what she was doing. but really not many people just come out and tell the police they were involved in illegal activity. Justin also didn't have the time the house in blanchard is way out in the country at least 30-45 away from where she was found. I don't know if he did it and I don't know if cyr did it. it could have been a sociopath and they kill for entirely different reasons than personal ones.

What bothers me about this is...LE is the one who said they intervened letters back and forth where he proposed. After seeing Josephs arrest affadavit I know they have lied. So if they lied about most everything wwith Justin as well...where does that leave this case?
