Justins prelim is actually tomorrow.

Josephs attorney formally withdrew from the case. (We couldn't afford him). No public defender has been assigned. His prelim is monday.

My heart is heavy.

I wouldn't trust the seeking the lost site they delete any comments that defend justin in anyway. and Lisa's ex husband is in the military and wasn't around, also I've been told he was abusive to her so I just wouldn't take what he's saying seriously.

I don't understand how they could make that mistake. That led to him sitting in jail for how long? They need to br held accountable. If Justin didn't do it why have they strung him along? Again, knowing that most of the "evidence" in Josephs arrest warrant is false I will be curious to see if they do have a DNA match or if it was just a "mistake". That's why in the beginning I said IF these things were true about Justin. As much false informstion has been put out about Joseph I did not weigh in heavily on everything written about Justin.

They need to have good tangible evidence on whoever is responsible for this. No more "mistakes" and circumstancial evidence. I believe whomever is convincted will face the death penalty and the dang sure better deserve it.

Did your BF admit to being with her that night, at least to you, or can't you say?

That was the first thing I asked the day the detective called me. He swore up and down to me that he didn't meet her.

I agree with you.

I haven't heard the details but I'm sure I will later. They've already put so much into justin they just can't let him go. They can't have him sueing them for false arrest I'd figure they'd get him for prosition and time served. I mean why isn't every pimp of a dead hooker getting charged with manslaughter? Justin is real easy to make look bad.

I think you are right. If they dropped charges and admit they are wrong they set themselves up for a lawsuit. Which if this keeps going there can still be a lawsuit. If he didn't do..he didn't do it. Simple as that.

They seem to continue alot here in oklahoma. Court here is a joke just look at the one judge that gave custody of a little girl to a pedophile.

Was it continued because Joseph has yet to be assigned a public prosecutor?

He was assigned a PD. PD asked for continuance so he would have time to prepare.

His public defender said prelims are a joke here. He said pretty much everyone here gets bound over to trial. So I'm sure Joseph will be going to trial as well.

Bumping for Jaymie and her unborn child, the true victims in this case. Thinking of you today.

Repeat. That was a rumor. I have a copy of the receipt and I know all the items made it home that night.

She did not go to walmart. Thats what Justin had originally told LE in order to hide her prostitution.

RBBM: Maybe he made two trips to Wal-Mart, one with the stuff you have and another with the stuff found with Jaymie. I really don't think that's out of the realm of possibility.

JMO, IMO, :moo:, and all other disclaimers.
