She regularly checks in with her mom who lives out of state. Her mom said she hasn't been able to get in contact with her for about 3 weeks - that was when she reported her missing, July 22.

She is about 5'2", 180 lbs.

Jo-Ann is enrolled with the Muscogee (Creek) Nation.

Her photo looks so familiar, but I don't see any previous missing reports on her, perhaps I just saw it on FB. Nothing, other than a couple missing alerts to be found on social media or in public records, though Jo-Ann might be spelled as one word or without the hyphen and she may have used a different last name if she has been married.

That's probably why I couldn't find her in the Oklahoma court network, If she was arrested on something federal/tribal related it likely would not be in the records for District Court but would be in the Creek County Supeior Court. There isn't an online portal for public access to these types of records
