Found Deceased OK - Lloyd Brent Miller, 39, Cherokee County, 5 Oct 2019

Lloyd Brent Miller, 39, was last heard from Saturday, Oct. 5. He was reported missing two days later.

The Sheriff’s Office says Miller lives in the Chicken Creek area of southern Cherokee County.

He left home without his cellphone, and searches have turned up fruitless.

I do not know Brent but I do know some of his close relatives.
Apparently he was dealing with shady ppl and living a shady sort of life-I took it to mean he was into drugs pretty heavy. Sadly when I spoke to them last they said they don’t expect he will be found & if he is he probably won’t be found alive due to the ppl he was running with and there are a lot of rural out of the way places that a body could be hid and not found for a very long time in Cherokee county but they are still holding out hope

CCSO said there has been no new information on the case of a missing Cookson man who hasn’t been seen or heard from since Oct. 5.

Brent Miller, 39, was last seen at his mother’s house in Cookson, and he wasn’t “in a good frame of mind.” His mother said he had just lost his pet dog and he was depressed.

Deputies found no sign of forced entry to Miller’s house. However, the door was unlocked and the TV and lights were still on. According to the sheriff’s report, Miller’s wallet and cell phone were also found at his house.

Bumping case up for Lloyd and his family.

I'm curious if LE went door to door from the house where he was last seen to find out if anyone had security camera footage. Probably not. But it doesn't sound like he left with a vehicle, right? So who showed up (I assume he left with or was taken by someone)?
Was his phone searched by experts for clues about who he knew? Those people contacted?
How far did LE really go or not go with this case?

Cherokee County Officials confirmed a body was discovered Friday and say are confident it belongs to a missing Cookson man.

On Nov. 6, Undersheriff James Brown was notified after a hunter stumbled across a skull in the woods. Based on characteristics of the skull, Brown said he believes the remains of Brent Miller have been found, a year after he was reported missing.

“He was found less than half a mile from the last place he was seen,” Brown said. “At this point, the cause of death is unknown, and we’ll wait on the Medical Examiner to make that call."

Did they Indentify the body yet and didn't they only find the skull not the body yet and I'm a good friend of Brent known him since we were young this is hard to accept. This breaks my heart I so wanted better for him then this . Brent you weren't perfect but you were a good person.
