On June 12th, 2025, the body of London Valdez was found alongside a dirt road in the panhandle of rural Oklahoma. She had been reported missing 5 days earlier. Why did it take 5 days to find her? What is the cause and manner of her death?
Her missing poster specifically names two adult males with whom she was last seen, and both of which reportedly have a criminal history.
The summary ME report, which was released on Friday August 29, indicates the Probable Cause of Death as "Acute Methamphetamine Toxicity compunded by Hyperthermia". After laying alongside the rural road for 5 days, the ME couldn't perform some of the standard tests like blood toxicology.
Friends and family state that London was absolutely not a meth addict, and that there are questions about how the local law enforcement agencies handled her missing/runaway teen report between June 7 and June 12, when the OSBI was called in to investigate.
Here is my original report:
And here is the interview I did with London's mom last Sunday
Almost nobody else is covering this. I hope it gets more coverage so we can get justice for London
