I can almost smell the good ole boy mentality of small town law enforcement. That county deserves to have him out of power. What a mess.... I can not find the footage from the actual altercation...

I live close to this area, but not in Love County. They have been known for their corruption (Love Co. LE) and the danger of going against them. I wouldn't live their if you paid me to.

Stumbled across this today. Seems ex Sheriff Joe was issued a process server license today. Here are the records I found. Also in searching for the court records for his arrest in July, all the information has been removed from the records on oscn.net. If this is not allowed please delete and accept my apologies.

No, he applied to become a licensed process server. The license was granted on the 27th, then denied on the 28th.
