I'm sure that most -- if not all -- of what I'm about to ask has been discussed already, but if someone could just take a few min to answer so that I don't have to go through the entire thread, I would appreciate it! =)

1. When did Con and Sabrina break up?
2. Why do people think that Molly did not make the morning calls? I don't understand why anyone would impersonate her, given that we all know what our friends' voices sounds like. Why not text?
3. Plus, in this day and age, don't we all have passwords on our phones?
4. Who are Molly's parents? I hear a lot about aunts and cousins but nothing about her parents.
5. Where is Con Nipp? :banghead:
6. On CN's fb page, someone wrote "[In] fact try to come get me...I dare you. You won't have a d**k to piss with". It doesn't make sense as far as the progression of posts goes, so I'm just wondering whether Nipp had written things back and then deleted them. As an aside, that girl wrote a funny post later regarding his other fb page ("It's under conn nipp too... Red shirt fat ")
7. Who is with him in his fb pic? I mean, she looks like Richie Sambora... just sayin'

Going to listen to the podcasts now. I didn't know much about the case when I first listened to them, but I think they'll make more sense now (as much sense as this case can possibly make......)

1. Sometime between July 8 and December 2.

2. In the BlogTalk radio interview, one of Molly's cousins said flat out that she did not believe it was Molly on the phone. She did not say why. The other cousin, PMF, sounded exasperated with her for saying it.

3. I've never felt the need to use a password on my phone. All that's on it are some phone numbers and my music playlist. No credit card numbers or nuclear launch codes or anything.

4. Her mother is more or less in seclusion, as far as I can tell. I can't remember seeing any reference to her dad.

5. Beats me.

6. Yeah, it looks like he probably deleted some stuff. I see he posted his phone number on there back in 2011. If we called it, do you think he'd answer? And then we could say, hey, where you at, man? :floorlaugh:

There were several texts from MM as well through out the night of the accident.

If you look up Sabrina Graham: on 9/16/13 something was filed: she is the defendant and her ex husband is the plaintiff ... it is for "foreign judgement" ... does anyone know what that would mean?

That is one day before her seatbelt/no insurance charges were filed.

That is one day before her seatbelt/no insurance charges were filed.

"Foreign judgement" usually means when one jurisdiction accepts a judicial decision to enforce a judgment from another jurisdiction without the expense of litigation.

Sorry, guys, I took that down for now because I'm nervous about getting mod-spanked and it's messing up my concentration working on the timeline.

I'm PO'd with the Carter County courts for basically giving Con a pass time and time again, and annoyed with his GPs for cleaning up his messes and not making him face the consequences of his own choices. But I also feel sorry for his GPs. They're elderly and I believe his GF is blind or near-blind. They are victims in all of this too, I think, and I'm not sure they really know what's been going on, or if they only know what little bits they've been told.

I'm really PO'd at Sheriff JR for not grabbing Con by the scruff of his neck and marching him up to the Carter County sheriff's office to face the inevitable.

Oh, yeah, I forgot all about this story! Con was involved in a different high-speed police chase on October 23, 2012, with a different Colt. The beginning of this chase sounds eerily familiar, as do the various jurisdictions involved:

Officer Ryan Parsley was on patrol when he observed Battles, who has a suspended driver's license, driving a spray painted white Camaro on 7th Street and U.S. Highway 70A. Battles accelerated, squalling his tires and headed south out of town...

On Moccasin Road, 2 ½ miles outside of Wilson, Hernandez said Battles slowed the car down and jumped out. The car was not placed in gear and had a passenger, James Conn Nipp still inside of it. The car rolled into a ditch and both Battles and Nipp were ordered to the ground... While Parsley was taking Battles into custody, Nipp elected to not stick around and left the scene.

The Carter County Sheriff's Department, Love County Sheriff's Department and Lone Grove Police Department joined in the search for Nipp, who avoided capture and is wanted on an outstanding warrant on drug charges.

LE found pot, meth, and "controlled dangerous substance" in the car. Con was never arrested on any charges related to this chase.

According to that court database link, I noticed that JD has several outstanding warrants (5) too. I wonder if he is on the run too. Could he be with CN, I wonder???

i noticed that too! i believe the rumors that CN is just sitting at home though, not sure if they'd hide two fugitives, but they seem like the family that would.

I agree! One thing, it seems CN depended on others to clean up his messes and probably to feed and shelter him too, which means he will probably contact people for help. This maybe an avenue for LE to capture him.

Interesting . . an early morning raid would be nice. If he is hiding out with family somewhere, I have no doubt he will slip up, because of boredom. Seems like the guy likes to party. A reward for his capture may not be a bad idea.

Another thing, I wonder what the timing is on JD's warrants, which I think are for failure to appear for probably various reasons (parole, probation, or court???). Could he have taken off recently because of SG's and CN's arrest warrants, or was he missing in action since MM and CH disappeared?

I am just really seeing her deeply involved with this. At first she just looked innocent and maybe caught up with protecting her boyfriend. Now that they are no longer together, she still remains silent. Makes me think she is protecting herself more than anyone else.
4 in that car I think. CN is not worried what she could say because she would be implicating herself??
Here is another thought, if she was working that Monday and I think that clinic opens at 9, I may be wrong, what was she doing up at 6 or so checking on her car? Did the cops rule out her involvement because MM made calls that morning while she was reporting to police? Her involvement could have been very minor until that afternoon when it is time to clean up the mess.
If she was in the car, lets say they split up in two's meeting somewhere after crash. Her and CN get back to where they have vehicle access, cook up the stolen car story, he drops her off and as she is reporting he finds CH dead from shock and internal injuries, then he has to find MM and she isn't gonna cover so he limits his lliabilities. SF doesn't know about all this, files the report and then she is stuck! So she helps with the bodies and clean up and sticks with her story.
I have an active imagination. I suppose this could have happened but probably not. I am just shocked no one knows her alibi for that night and it has not been majorly discussed. Is that because of MM's early morning phone call?

Doesn't she have kids? Maybe she was home with them?

Conn Nip is evading the police since Friday? really? If he isn't on a couch waiting for the police, which I doubt, then possibly he is at the same location as Molly and Colt? I wonder possibility that Conn could keep these two holed up somewhere for this long and especially with no end game plan. Colt with a broken bone protruding from the skin not likely but if by "sticking out" he meant he could see his bone was broken but it didn't break through his skin it is possible he healed and just doesn't have the ability to walk on both legs, I'm trying to find ideas that have Molly and Colt alive and waiting for rescue.

A woman, who was arrested over the weekend in connection to the July disappearance of two people, is expected to make her initial court appearance in Carter County on Monday.

There should be an update later on the evening news.

They should have put him in jail and left him there or used the money for rehab!

I don't see a scanner thread open for this case. does anyone have the county inmate link? not only looking for Conn Nipp but also his buddy who was involved in the car chase similar to Conn's July car chase, the one where Conn was a passenger in the car.

Graham appeared in court Monday in Ardmore.

The state says she lied to police when she claimed her 2012 Honda Accord had been stolen. Charges against her say she actually allowed Nipp to drive the car.

Miller and Haynes were riding in that car, which spun out in front of officers in Wilson, before it escaped after traveling 120 miles per hour in a pursuit.

Troopers issued an ultimatum, saying if Nipp didn't turn himself into local authorities by 5 PM Monday, The U.S. Marshals Violent Crimes Unit would be called in from Muskogee, Oklahoma to take over the investigation.

"As a matter of fact, there's a considerable amount of marshals down in the Carter, Love County area right now," said Captain Ronnie Hampton, of Oklahoma Highway Patrol. "And these guys, they're going to be doing what they do best, and that is catch people that do not want to be caught."

Graham is due back in court on February 18 at 9 AM.
