I still suspect he may have been dragged by a vehicle, but idk how that would've happened.

wouldve been lots more blood for that to be the case, i believe

the sheriff literally said he doesnt think noah was hit by a vehicle... for those insistent on the fact he was, what do you think of this?

I don’t believe the sheriff thought of NP as laying down in or along the road. The sheriff had probably only investigated pedestrians who were upright when struck by vehicles. I can see where a 18 wheeler vehicle could inflict NP’s injuries. I am not sure if it would be possible to do that and not leave tire markings on the body. I am leaning toward this type of accident as the cause, but I am far from being sure that was the cause of NP’s injuries.

Agree with @no greed. I would ask those who insist on foul play, including any kind of "beating," what parts of the autopsy support that view and also include the hinge fracture and bilateral scapular fractures? How much blood would you expect to have spilled internally considering all the listed internal lacerations, including the heart? With the almost instant death from the head injury, how much blood would you expect to continue to pump from a heart that is so severely lacerated and is not beating? How much blood do you think would seep only from what was circulating in the head? Why do you think of Dailen's eye witness account of seeing blood oozing from the head area under the covering? Where would this blood be coming from, given the details in the autopsy, and why would you expect there to be more, also given the details of the autopsy?

Have to agree. You see animals hir on the road all the time that don't bleed out. Only those that are ran over repeatedly seem to bleed. This is certainly a mystery. Think of how many deaths are on this forum where someone leaves a party and is later found dead and never solved. It is staggering.

It's always been my understanding that a dead body doesn't bleed since the heart has stopped pumping. The pumping action is what forces blood out of wounds if the person is still alive. I wanted to check if my assumption was correct and AI seems to agree.
No, a person does not bleed after death.

Once a person dies, their heart stops pumping blood. As a result, the blood settles in the lowest parts of the body due to gravity. This process, known as livor mortis, can cause a reddish-purple discoloration in the skin. However, there is no active bleeding involved
.

So what does that tell us since there was no blood where Noah was found? It makes me think he died elsewhere, especially since LE has stated (upthread in various places) that they do not think he was hit by a vehicle. Yet there he was, all mangled, teeth knocked out, etc. Yet no blood.

If you look at the autopsy report, I do not see wording that indicates he significantly bled externally. As some have stated in previous threads, he may have been in a prone or supine position when hit. Plus the scene wasn’t treated as a crime scene, so it may be difficult to ascertain pertinent information.

Trying to wrap my mind around this.
They showered him ?
Who does that at a party ?
Normal inhibitions and all that.
Imo, the only reason might be to remove evidence.
This case repulses me.
Poor Noah !! :(
Omo.
here’s a full breakdown of a working theory for what may have happened to Noah Presgrove the night of September 3–4, 2023, based on the timeline, messages, witness posts, and physical evidence.

🧠 Noah Presgrove Theory: Dragged by ATV After Party Conflict

🕰️ Timeline of Events

~1:30 AM – 2:00 AM

• Party is in full swing.

• Noah is filmed playing the “slap game.”

• Jack Newton claims he “goes to sleep” at 2:00 AM.

• Contradiction: Witness later says Jack was awake at 3:00 AM.

~3:00 AM

• Noah reportedly crashes Jack’s side-by-side (SxS) ATV.

• He returns dirty and drunk. Witnesses say girls help him shower.

• A Snapchat from Jasmine at 3:41 AM says “Noah is missing.”

🔻 Tension Point: Jack may have been angry about the ATV wreck. Some reports suggest Noah saw something he shouldn’t have (e.g., Caleb cheating with Avery), raising motive for conflict.

~4:00 AM – 4:30 AM

• Noah is last seen, possibly trying to sleep but rejected from someone’s bed.

• Jack is reportedly still awake — despite his 2:00 AM sleep claim.

• Theory: A confrontation occurs.

• Noah may be pushed out or coaxed to leave.

• Either as punishment, accident, or panic response, he is dragged behind or under the ATV on Highway 81.

🛞 Supporting Evidence:

• Autopsy showed blunt force trauma, dragging-type injuries, internal bleeding, and road rash.

• The body’s position (nude except shoes) and curve-shaped markings at the scene suggest he may have been dragged in an arc.

• No vehicle debris supports the idea it was not a car, but something lighter — like an ATV or UTV.

~5:15 AM

• Jack bursts into the house yelling “Noah is dead.”

• Witnesses say he was the only one awake.

• Some claim the group then went back to sleep like nothing happened — a massive red flag.

5:30–5:45 AM

• Trucker Tyler Hardy finds Noah’s body and calls 911.

• Jack arrives shortly after and identifies Noah’s body.

• Oddly, Jack claims to have been “driving to go fishing” that early — but no lakes are nearby, and the timeline doesn’t align.

🔥 Key Supporting Evidence

• Jack had the means (ATV), motive (wrecked vehicle, tension), and opportunity (awake during critical window).

• Noah’s clothes were missing, but a witness says he was wearing black shorts at 5:15 AM — suggesting post-mortem tampering.

• Caleb Newton (Jack’s father) was proven to be at the party despite denying it and allegedly handled Noah’s clothing afterward.

• Several partygoers reportedly got new phones the next day, which is classic evidence scrubbing behavior.

🧩 Working Theory Summary:

Noah wrecks the ATV around 3 AM. Jack is angry.

Tension builds — possibly due to the wreck or personal drama (cheating rumors).

Noah, extremely drunk, is lured or forced out of the house.

In a haze of recklessness, he is either dragged behind the ATV or run over and moved to conceal the incident.

His body is dumped 1.2 miles away, and someone removes his shorts — possibly to hide signs of trauma or assault.

Jack, already aware, returns to the house at 5:15 AM to announce Noah is dead.

🛑 Why It Matters:

• Jack lied about when he slept and gave conflicting timelines.

• No one called 911 from the house — only a stranger (the trucker) did.

• Jack knew where the body was before anyone else.

• The group’s behavior afterward (returning to sleep, deleting phones, silence) suggests a cover-up.

Noah Presgrove's case: family takes matters into own hands

  • #554
I hope the lawsuit yields answers to a lot of thus far unanswered questions that I--and I assume Noah's family members--have.

The injuries to Noah were so severe that no theory I've heard to explain them makes sense to me.

1. I don't think his fellow partygoers beat him to death. His injuries were way too severe for that.

2. I don't think he was fatally injured in the alleged ATV crash. His injuries were way too severe for that.

3. There are theories that Noah was drunkenly walking on the road and got hit by a vehicle of some sort. In my tender years back in the Mesozoic period, I partied a lot. I was intoxicated a lot. But I am positive I was never so intoxicated that I would not try to avoid a vehicle bearing down on me if I were walking down a road. Intoxicated people still have survival instincts.

I cannot come up with a coherent, logical explanation of the circumstances of Noah's death. I hope the lawsuit can uncover a few answers.

#2.. the Atv crash. If he "fell" from a vehicle moving at high speed, impacted on to concrete head first and was somehow snagged on the vehicle causing him to be dragged along......

IMO JMO of course

I still don't think that would have caused injuries as severe as he had, but it's possible.

Assuming that's what happened, though--why didn't anyone at the party just say so?

ChatGPT can be guided to produce incorrect information. Garbage in = garbage out.
It can be a good learning tool, but is not really a good replacement for direct research, especially with forensics, IMHO.

100% agree, it will also mirror the tone in which the question is asked, so if any kind of accusatory language is used in the question to the AI the answer it gives will be similar and will shape the response you get. Which is very problematic in terms of forensics, as you say

IMHO
