So if the DNA is a match Suzanne's brother Phillip was never missing or kidnapped by Floyd, but was actually given up for adoption by Sandi and she never bothered to tell LE? I feel like the DNA will be a match because the adoptive Mom says she knew Sandi and had worked with her.
