I didn't have the time to do a full search of NAMUS but I found three possible options.

Madalene Neace
Original

Missing October 25, 1994 from East Sparta, Ohio
The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)

Mollie Eliza Burr
Original

Missing May 13, 1994 from Houston, Texas
The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)

Frances Vigneri Clark
Original

Missing January 13, 1994 from Rochester, New York
The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)

Tell me what you think of any of these possible identities and if they're worth sending into NamUs.

I think they are close enough to have checked out. Go for it!

Bump. PM picture with very recognizable face. I was looking at the possibility of this being Jennifer Bench, but she was taller and considerably thinner (TXDPS says 5'5" and 90 lbs which is extremely thin) and I doubt she would have gained weight if she was transient as they believe the UID was.

The skin around her mouth on the color PM photos looks odd. Do you think it's a skin condition, decomp changes or embalming?

Have there been any rule-outs? I'm especially interested in Madalene Neace, from my state of Ohio, missing 26 years on the 25th.

I can's answer your question. Maybe @MadMcGoo is willing to take a look. Here is Madalene's Charley Project file. Madalene D. Neace – The Charley Project. She seems to have a mole on her right cheek that I don't see in either of Jane Doe's pictures.

Was she barefoot? No footwear mentioned in the Namus file. Was she covered with something or just lying there for weeks (PMI) Can you imagine? I can't. Sounds more like she died somewhere else and was dumped there. There must be something about this story that makes LE things she was transient. I might hope finding someone under a bridge doesn't immediately mean that you were transient. We miss a piece of the story here.

I think they worked on the PM pictures...opened her eyes...did something with the eyelashes and the hair on her forehead. I see what you mean on the color pictures but honestly I don't know.

Has anyone used the FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) to get a look at her case file?

I didn't and I possibly can't because I'm not from the US.

I have this Jane Doe's case saved on Namus and was going through my tracked cases today, After doing a quick search I found on the Unidentified Wiki, it says she passed from exposure. I'm wondering if that's why her skin is discolored and blotchy in places aside from usual decomposition. Because also lists her of being out there for "weeks." I haven't seen that listed anywhere else though. She's also not listed on the Doe Network. Its been 27 years since she was found. Hopefully someone remembers her out there someplace.
