Rachel Clayton, 11, was found dead in a bathtub in her Jenks, Oklahoma home on Nov. 10, 1998.

This case is considered active but extremely cold, Clayton drowned, according to an autopsy report which listed the exact manner of her death as unknown.

There have been a few suspects and even a want to take to trial by ADA Collier, but DA Harris wouldn't take to trial. Why?

Two Grand Jury's both with awkward circumstances and mystery...

"I've tried over 20 homicides for the Tulsa County DA's office," Collier said. "I have looked at literally over 100 homicides. In my opinion, there is enough evidence to win this case at trial. In my opinion, I've seen tougher cases won over the years."
- Mark Collier (after helping the grandmother bring together a grand jury)

No, non. Thats the hopes of posting here to see if there might be anyone with anything they remember or want to say or comment. We are researching this now and look to investigate it further.

Sounds like they suspected the mother. Doesn’t sound like their is much evidence, also the mother passed a lie detector and faced questioning when the Grand Jury convened.

Should this case not be listed under Oklahoma rather than Colorado?

Yeah, definitely, probably because of my last name. How do I change?

Yes for sure, quite publicly. Tim Harris, the DA, refused to take to trial. His ADA Collier, wanted to take it and said hes won with less evidence. Rumor is that Harris wont take things to trial if he doesnt have a 100% chance of winning, the conspiracy theory is something to do with more....

The Lie detector was done with her attorneys, not with OSBI or Jenks or the DA's office, pretty sure she refused....
