Agents with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation are asking for the public’s help.

Officials say 33-year-old Rhett Patrick Allen was last seen on March 3, just before 1 p.m.

Investigators say he was scheduled to meet his parents, who were taking him to a treatment facility in Oklahoma City.

When he failed to show up, family members found his truck at his home in Crawford.

Allen is described as a white man, standing 5’9″ tall, weighing 145 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.

It’s been nearly two months since Rhett Allen was seen or heard from.

Allen was supposed to meet with his parents, who were planning to take him to a treatment facility, but he never arrived.

Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation agents say Allen’s pickup was found locked at his home with his wallet, phone and packed bags inside.

Forty-four people from 16 agencies combed an area of Western Oklahoma for clues on Tuesday.

However, Allen was not found.

Roger Mills County man disappears, OSBI asking for public's help

The Roger Mills Sheriff's Office asked for assistance from the OSBI to look into Allen's disappearance which they say is suspicious.

Investigators say he has been known to frequent the Texas panhandle.

What makes LE think Rhett's disappearance is suspicious? Maybe they're holding back some information or evidence, but to me it looks as if Rhett may have left voluntarily. He was arrested on 28 Feb 2021 for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and unlawful poss. of drug paraphernalia. Criminal misdemeanor charges were filed 26 Mar 2021 along with a warrant for his arrest. He's had a couple of run-ins with the law dating back to 2006 when he was convicted of DUI by person under 21 and negligent homicide involving a motor vehicle. Those were criminal misdemeanor charges as well. There are a couple of other civil cases involving paternity & custody issues, a 2016 speeding charge, and some DL revocation cases. Wherever he is, I hope he's okay and makes contact with his family soon.

OSBI SEEKS INFORMATION REGARDING SUSPICIOUS DISAPPEARANCE OF ROGER MILLS COUNTY MAN
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
March 22, 2021

ROGER MILLS COUNTY, Okla. – The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) is asking the public for information regarding the suspicious disappearance of 33-year-old Rhett Patrick Allen. The Roger Mills County Sheriff’s Office requested a full OSBI investigation after Allen was last seen on March 3, 2021 just before 1 p.m. Allen was scheduled to go to a treatment facility in Oklahoma City. Allen was supposed to meet his parents who were taking him to the facility. When he failed to meet them, they located Allen’s pickup truck at his home in Crawford, Okla., locked and containing his wallet, phone and packed bags.

Allen is described as a white male, 5’9”, 145 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. He has been known to frequent the Texas panhandle area.
