Cherokee Co. Deputies Search for Missing Man

Cherokee County, OK - Cherokee County deputies are searching for a man who disappeared from his home.

60-year-old Robert Audd was reported missing by family members on Thursday. Audd was last seen on Monday, May 10. He has not answered calls since then.

According to authorities, Audd planned to go to Arkansas to buy a new truck.

They say, there were no signs of foul play at his home in the Terresita area of northern Cherokee County.

Deputies found Audd's 1991 Jeep Cherokee north of Pegg's Friday afternoon. The car was abandoned. They searched a nearby wooded area, but did not find Audd.

He's described as a white male, 5' 9" and 145 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He also wears false teeth.

Missing man found dead Tuesday

TAHLEQUAH — Authorities discovered the body Tuesday afternoon of a man who had been missing for more than a week.

Cherokee County Undersheriff Jason Chennault said the body of Robert Audd was found in a wooded ar- ea on his property.
