Circumstances:
On June 28th, 1998, Fulton traveled to a cabin on a private lake. All of his personal belongings, including his billfold, was left behind in the cabin. The lake was drained sometime later, but no body was ever found or recovered.

If you can find anymore information on Mr. Fulton, if he owned the cabin, and where the private lake was; that would be helpful.

I am sort of confused on his case because, he went missing from Caddo County, Oklahoma, but War Acres Police is assisting in the investigation? I am going to assume that he lived in War Acres which is a suburb of OKC.
