CADDO COUNTY -
As the search continues for 12-year-old RJ Davis, a woman who previously gave him refuge is speaking publicly for the first time, while hundreds of volunteers join law enforcement in combing rural areas of
Caddo and
Grady counties.
Tina Molina, Davis’ great-aunt, says RJ had repeatedly tried to escape an abusive home. She believes this time he did not turn to her because he was afraid of being sent back.
“He said he wants revenge on his mom, dad and his sister,” Molina said, recalling a conversation from Dec. 11, shortly after RJ ran away the first time from the Quality Inn in Chickasha, where his family was living at the time.
