Were these remains identified as hers? I am watching "The First 48" on A&E.

It is the episode titled "Last hope & Truth & Consequences" - original air date was 8/30/18.

SUCH a heartbreaking episode and story :'-(

No it was not her. If you follow the link it has been updated and shows they were identified as Cynthia Garcia.

Per the "The First 48" episode (Season 17/Episode 20), the blood in the bf's vehicle did turn out to be Samantha's. But, they still have not found her.

I hadn't finished the episod when I posted here, but came here to look and see if she'd been found.

Tulsa Police Identify Human Remains Found In Park


TULSA, Okla. -

Tulsa Police have identified the remains that were found Monday in a park near Gilcrease Museum as 29-year-old Samantha Puckett.

Officials said Puckett had been missing since November 2016 and they had suspected foul play in her disappearance.

The suspect in the case, John Paul Gladney, died by suicide as detectives attempted to search his house in December 2016.

Police said Puckett's remains were found Monday by a photographer who was taking pictures in the area. Investigators believed the remains showed clear signs of trauma.

Family search video from three years ago. Now, they can have a funeral. RIP dear Samantha. I just know her mother is so heartbroken and relieved. So many emotions for her to process. My heart hurts for her family. A tragedy. And having to wait so long. All the wondering and emotional pain. It just wasn’t fair. I’m sorry for their gut wrenching cries of grief. So sad...
