According to the Poteau Police department, Carnahan was not with the vehicle and no report had been filed at that time, so the vehicle was logged as abandoned.
Later, after the report had been filed, Officers returned to the vehicle and found it to be operational.

I wonder if the medication is something you could use to harm yourself easily?
