On November 5th, 2021, The McClain County Sheriff’s Office received a report from family members that Tallen Shyann Treto-Padilla was missing.

Reports indicated that Tallen was last seen driving her White 2009 GMC Acadia with Oklahoma License Plate LPV‐540 when she left her job in the Wayne Oklahoma area. A subsequent investigation ensued and produced information that Tallen may be accompanied by her then boyfriend, Jabier Velasquez, also known as Mike "Paco" Mendoza.

As part of the investigation, MCSO Investigators discovered that Velasquez has an active arrest warrant for Murder out of Texas in an unrelated case. Velasquez is 36 years old. He is described as a Hispanic male about 6 feet tall and weighing about 230lbs. Velasques also has black hair and brown eyes and has multiple large tattoos on his chest and arms.

Since the initial report, the MCSO has received information that Tallen may have traveled to the area of the US‐ Mexico Border in Texas after the report was filed. At this time, it is unknown if Tallen is in the United States or Mexico.

As a result of the information about Velasques’ fugitive status, the MCSO has reached out to the US Marshals Service regarding this case, and they are currently assisting.

If you see Mr. Velasquez, DO NOT approach him as he is considered armed and dangerous.

Please call 911 with any information you may have regarding either Tallen or Velasquez.
