Distinguishing Characteristics: White female. Black/brown hair; hazel eyes. Medium complexion.
Marks, Scars: Purple-ish birthmark on back of neck at hairline
Circumstances of Disappearance Tammy Risenhoover disappeared under suspicious circumstances in early 1984. At the time she was associating with a local motorcycle gang. She was reported missing by her family on March 6, 1990 but they had no contact since 1984. Foul play is suspected.

I spoke with Det. Loveall today re: the possibility of Tammy being a match.
She said she did not have DNA for Tammy; however she said she had obtained DNA from several familiy members and had sent it to the U of No. Texas Health Center for processing and entry into CODIS in June 2008.
She did not know what the status was today.
She was very appreciative of any help - said she had "many, many" cases to try to close.
Possible Matches
I have not heard back from det. Coffman (e-mail) re: a possible match for Princess Blue - maybe I should call? I am concerned re: following "protocol" - don't want to come off like a weird amateur, but want to move these possibles along...what should I do???
Ive done a side by side for you and I definitely think you are on to something here
Especially given the new stats.
And after all given that they did that sketch from a skeleton.....it may well not be perfect..

Also, I found this case - it says Tammy was 26, but she was really only 20 in 1984 when she actually went missing...her familiy didn't report her missing until 1990.... if she was traveling with a motorcycle gang, she could have easily wound up in Houston....

I just e-mailed Sgt Coffman at Manvel PD again - if I don't hear from him, I'll call.
Do you know if there is another angle to approach this from - since Det. Loveall in Tulsa has submitted DNA on Tammy and I think there is DNA available from Princess Blue - maybe there is something else we could be doing?

Im sorry I do not know. As I am not in America. Its hard as I don't know areas and the way your LE is set out
The photos did not show up for me previously. I can see them now though. Thank you for taking the time to do the side by side for us. Tammy does look quite a bit like Princess Blue.
