I found another arrest for Tia from July 27, 2019:

One of the charges is POSS/DISPLAY FALSE/ALTERED INFORMATION ON DL/ID

This arrest was after her NAMUS profile was made on June 10, 2019. I would usually say we can presume this case was solved with that 2019 arrest, but the use of a false ID has me second-guessing.

Is this Tia and she gave a false name when she was arrested? (most likely what I think happened)
Or was this woman using Tia's ID? (They would have arrested her as a Jane Doe, right?)
