Three men were shot outside a Tulsa restaurant early Sunday, less than three months after a man was fatally shot there.
Police were called about 3:30 a.m. Sunday to the Chicken Hut, 1500 E. Apache St....
In the earlier attack, Valentino Verner, 27, was shot to death just before 3 a.m. Feb. 28 outside the restaurant, which draws crowds in the early morning on weekends.
About 100 patrons were at the scene then, but none would cooperate with police.
Some of them were aggressive toward emergency workers, interfering with their efforts to provide medical care, and some even stepped over Verner's body to get their food orders, police said.
The case remains unsolved.
