"Rogers County authorities arrested a Tulsa-area youth minister charged with rape and molestation Friday. Joe Cheater Jr., 39, was charged in five felony cases filed in Rogers County..."

"...Cheater has been a youth minister for several churches, some in and around Catoosa, said Rogers County Sheriff Scott Walton. Cheater faces four counts of first-degree rape in two cases for assaults alleged to have happened beginning in January 2006, court filings show. He's also charged with four counts of lewd acts to a child for incidents between January and March 2008, as well as lewd molestation. The alleged victims in the cases are girls between the ages of 9 and 14..."

Rogers County man received 20 years in a child molestation case involving six victims, according the Rogers County District Attorney's Office.
Authorities say Joe Cheater, who at one time claimed to be a youth minister, accepted a plea agreement and will serve 85 percent of his sentence with probation for life.
