That sounds plausible! I would hate to think that JB would intentionally mislead GA - that would be cruel to toy with him that way, especially if his emotional state is still fragile.

IMO what Baez did was intentional and cruel to GA because it was Baez who lit the fire that got GA all worked up :furious: and barged into NeJames office during the presser.
Baez could have called the A's Attorney Mr Conway but instead he chose to work GA over...why IMO because Conway would have remained calm and dealt with it on a professional lawyer to lawyer level but GA had the potential to be a loose cannon because his emotions run deep. IMO NeJame handled the situation with dignity and cleared up the misunderstanding that Baez instigated.

I really would like to know why George barged into the news conference today? What is he afraid of Nejame saying? Odd...really odd.

I would have as well. But NeJame is the epitome of class, and the quintessential gentleman. Baez must be livid!

I have been wondering since yesterday if Baez did put George up to barging in at that news conference by manipulating him and if so could Baez be charged with tampering with a witness? Or something like that, not sure what all legal terms would be used but I just don't see any harm in the photos that were released. They were not graphic, they were just of the area. I do understand that the defense is going to try and pin it on someone else, but can they lie about? If they know for a fact the area was under water can they still lie to the judge? This case is the craziest I have seen in my lifetime. Poor Caylee!

He must have been incited to the nth degree. He truly wasn't thinking clearly...which IMO is still no excuse to do what he did. Do these folks not understand what the word "proper" means?

I agree. George was definitely manipulated by JB. I was thinking that maybe George thought TM took photos when he was on the scene shortly after Caylee was found. As you said, that doesn't excuse his behavior. As much as they'd like to, the A's can't pick and choose what info. becomes public before the trial.

I think it was the promise of MN sharing all he knows that prompted GA to barge in. I can't believe that if GA misread a headline that BC would not point that out to him. I think the misunderstanding came from JB telling George that MN was going to spill his guts about GeorgeA and CindyA knowing way back in November that Caylee was dead. I still believe that is the reason MarkN walked in the first place. They were more than ready to hop on board the crazy train with Michelle and the Milsteads and pretend Caylee was still alive so they could rake in dough and protect their twit of a daughter.
I think George was scared that Mark was going to tell all.

I agree with you. George was provoked by JB. My thought was not that George misread a headline, but that JB may have intentionally given George misinformation. MOO

Watching GA at the last hearings ...I think that he understood all the questions ...just wanted to obstruct some more.
I found him to be evasive and very testy...he is going to do all he can do to obstruct the process so that his beloved KC will get away with murder....Filter all Anthony speak through the KC sieve of "truth"--JMO

I agree that he is evasive, but it is also my opinion that he is not very rich in the brains department.

How juvenile of him to play games that way - maybe if he focused more on learning correct court protocol, and less time in scheming, the case might progress at a decent pace. ugh!

I think that BC should advise the A's to block JB's phone number and to no longer speak to him without BC being present.

I'm not sure we will see an end to the sideshows that G&C provide! I think the defense actively is encouraging the outbursts as it creates a distration from what is happening in the center ring! Now I know that most of us here at WS aren't fooled by these displays-BUT-many people out there who are not keeping up with developments are!! Heck, even JVM said she felt sorry for KC at the court hearing last week cause she was "crying"!!
I believe JB is hoping the public will "focus" on George, Cindy, the searchers, TonE, KC's "tears", etc.-AND not pay too much attention to the evidence! I don't think it will work-but KC hasn't given JB a whole lot to work with-so distraction will play a key role in her defense!!

After having taken a bit of a break, I just sat and watched George's testimony and I don't know how he did it to me again...but I am speechless. The lying, the smirking, the disrespect and contempt, the clothing, the flip-flops and most of all the hands-in-prayer bow to Casey. I just sit here and shake my head. Since I haven't read any of this thread since watching the video (I will now) I hope I haven't been too repetitive.

Welcome back and did you REALLY expect something else from ole George? He is as predictable as a wind up clock...and just as annoying!

When George took the stand kC had a look of depression ,sadness on her face then her eyes started to water and her look changed to angry then she flipped old georgie boy off all the while giving him a mean hateful look.. if looks could kill GA would be dead...KC did not throw a crumb Cindy's way Imo I think she hates her parents. George is not a good witness he dances around the question in Anthony style.
