2 dead, 2 hurt following fight at upscale Bellevue apartment building
“Police were called to the Elements Apartment, a high-rise building in an upscale complex located at 112th Avenue at 8th and 12th streets around 7:30 p.m. When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound and three others suffering from stab wounds, authorities said.
It was not clear if the person responsible was in custody or if the suspect was also one of those who had been injured. During a news conference at the scene, police said the suspect was accounted for. Authorities warned motorists to avoid the area because the streets were closed while they investigated the incident.
Police said all of the people involved knew each other but they were still trying to determine a motive for the violence.
A man was rushed for treatment to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, where he was listed in critical condition Saturday night, police said. A woman suffered a non-life-threatening injury and was taken for treatment to a hospital in Bellevue, according to police.
The Bellevue Fire Department tweeted about 8:30 p.m. about the patients but didn't provide details about their conditions.”
From other sources: one of the guests got meanly drunk, grabbed a knife and started attacking guests (who are pretty seriously wounded, as it sounds). Another guest, armed, shot the attacker.
And these are the apartments where people were celebrating this Saturday
