I searched and couldn't find a thread set alone for Kelvin. I wanted to make one for his sister, Cathy who has been sharing a lot of information on the public group, 'CANADA MISSING & UNSOLVED' on Facebook in search of her brother. There is a lot of info attached to that thread linked in on the group, including scans of documents etc. I have invited her to share her personal information here as well, once we've got a thread for Kelvin opened. (I hope that's okay, I wasn't sure if she'd have to sign up as an 'insider'.)

She says his birth-date is listed wrong on his missing posts, and that it is actually August 2, 1963, rather than February the 8th.

Kelvin Phillip Norris went missing from Bath, Ontario Canada - the date is listed as November 27, 1984, however, his sister said it was actually a day earlier, making the correct date, the 26th of November, 1984.

There is really not much on the net about him. I can find no details on what he did, who he was. I wonder why he was classified as endangered missing?

I can’t find the Facebook thread. I hope his sister can come on here and include some info. I hope he is found soon.

He was found on June 9, 1985...he had died from a gunshot wound six days earlier...he was a white male in his 20s or 30s, 5'11" and 165 pounds, with long, light brown hair.
Kelvin could very well have been hitchhiking all year, as there's a direct route from Bath to St. Joseph. And ended up in the wrong vehicle.
Unfortunately, there's no DNA or dental information on file for Kelvin, so unless they locate a relative, the likelihood of finding a match is low...
