Killer Stuart McKellar Cameron has finally admitted harbouring a “deep-seated resentment” of Asian women when he terrorized four victims 20 years ago in North York.

The sexual predator was considered an enigma — a soft-spoken, seemingly law-abiding father of three — when he admitted murdering Taiwanese student Tina Wu and almost killing her 14-year-old sister Theresa on July 27, 2000.

Cameron also attacked two other Asian women in separate home invasions in ’99 and 2000.

No one could determine why the shy part-time carpet cleaner unleashed gratuitous, escalating violence against four innocent women — all of whom lived within four kilometres of his home near Fairvew Mall.''

''At a National Parole Board hearing in November 2019, Cameron, who is of Guyanese indigenous and Scottish descent, was granted unescorted temporary absence passes to attend an indigenous healing lodge at Kwikwexelhp Healing Village — a minimum security institution at Harrison Mills, B.C., where the focus is on spiritual and cultural healing.

In 2014, he requested that his race be changed from Latin American to North American Indian and his religion from Christian to Native Spirituality, the board noted.''

''Cameron, 51, finally revealed the motive behind his vicious violent attacks.

“You now think that you were harbouring deep-seated resentment against Asian women as you have been discriminated against in the past … and you may have been retaliating against this treatment,” the November parole board decision stated.

“This is a new insight that you have not discussed with the board before.”

“It just doesn’t get any worse than this,” said retired Toronto Police officer Gary Giroux, who investigated 200 murders during his record 22 years as a homicide detective.

“This is the nightmare scenario where a knife-wielding masked intruder breaks into your home and attacks these women in their beds. I still have safety concerns about him.”

Cameron attacked his first victim while she slept in her Havenbrook Blvd. home at 1 a.m. on July 8, 1999, and he forced her to perform a sex act, which left his DNA on a towel.

The next surviving victim was attacked in her house on the same street on Jan. 20, 2000, after she dropped her young children at school. She told the Sun in an interview Friday that Cameron’s primary intent was sexual, not robbery.

Cameron had already forced her to turn over her cash, Rolex watch and bank card. Then, brandishing the knife close to her, he demanded, “Take off your clothes.”

“He was so angry with me that I wouldn’t submit,” said the 59-year-old mother of two, who bears an uncanny resemblance to Cameron’s then-Filipina wife. “I fought like hell, just like the Wu sisters.”

“I kept activating my car alarm,” she recalled. “Fortunately, my neighbour arrived in time, ringing the doorbell.”

The survivor stressed she doesn’t think it’s safe to release Cameron into society.

“He stole a life, an innocent life, and in the most terrifying manner possible. There are no guarantees he will not murder someone or viciously attack another innocent person again,” she wrote.

“I’m usually a forgive and forget type of person, but with a scary predator like Cameron, I will forgive him only while he is safely behind prison bars.”

another outrage
why is murder not a life sentence?
he will re-offend and it probably won't be long until he does
women are not safe with him on the streets

Canada really needs to do something about this. The woman who killed tori Stafford did the same thing, if this is some loophole for criminals to get freedom, close it up. All you have to do is convert?

HUNTER: After 25 years in prison, sex killer still obsessed with Asian women

''Gary Giroux vowed he would never miss a parole hearing for the killer he put behind bars.
Even in retirement, the legendary Toronto Police homicide detective who has slammed the door on some of the city’s most fiendish killers has kept his promise to the Wu family.''

''On July 27, 2000, Cameron murdered Taiwanese student Tina Wu and almost killed her 14-year-old sister, who nearly bled out at the scene. There were also attacks on other women of Asian backgrounds.''

''Each of his victims was Asian, as was the wife he hated.''
''But Stuart Cameron is nothing if not a gambler. He has claimed to be Indigenous but not Canadian Indigenous, Guyanese Indigenous. Give him credit for reading the woke tea leaves. With that claim, he weaselled his way to a UTA and a ticket to the Kwikwexelhp Healing Village.

Cameron set the stage in 2014 when he requested his race to be changed from Latin American to North American Indian and his religion from Christian to Native Spirituality.''

He gets to petition to change his race? And that gets him better treatment / opportunities? How is this justified?
