Sorry Yellow - I misread your question. Desiree and Kaine continue to say that Terri orchestrated Kyron's disappearance and knows others involved. No matter where the interview, this idea resonates.
IF they are sure Terri is the perp, know exactly where she is staying, and is sure she knows all who are involved with missing Kyron, than IMO their pleas to find Kyron seem rather useless when appearing on Oprah or anywhere. Seems to me that by narrowing it down to one person only, Terri, they have backed themselves into a corner when asking for help. moo mho
I do have some ideas of who may be involved and what happened, just thoughts like everyone else. Nothing to back my thoughts up - so why mention them? moo mho
What else are they to do? Knowing "whodunnit" is a hollow victory if you do not know where your child is. Certainly they cannot just shrug their shoulders and stop trying to develop new leads to FIND Kyron?
It is all about finding Kyron IMO.
Suppose you knew with certainty that I had taken a heirloom ring of yours. You would of course, want there to be sufficient evidence to make a case against me, see that I was punished. By repeating the story, you would hope others could add useful evidence about me personally to see that the punishment came to be.
But more than that, you want that ring back. You hope someone remembers seeing me wear it in a certain place, or talk about where I might sell jewelry..or discuss where I hide my favorite things.
As much as people can get fixated on sentimental objects or material things, it pales to parents who are convinced their child is out there...SOMEWHERE...ALIVE...undergoing God knows what. Maybe there's a chance, even a remote one, but they are on national TV...they HAVE to take it.
They believe the key to finding Kyron begins with unraveling everything about Terri.
Remember too, that while many here doubt Terri's guilt, for some reason, they do not. Their belief, IMO, must be rooted in something tremendously substantial...because I feel their love and desperation for Kyron's return trumps all to them.
This would not be the time to just blame Terri because of old grudges, not if finding Kyron is Goal #1. I do believe NOTHING else is more important to Kaine and Desiree than finding Kyron.
So their determined, unrelenting focus on Terri has great resonance with me in that it must stem from crucial details still withheld.
And so their repetition of this belief on Oprah makes good sense IMO.
