I know this is going to most likely sound crazy, but WHAT IF the Zodiac Killer told Spear to give up cute little baby girl, Annalycia Marie Cruz, OR ELSE?! Did Spear tell Annalycia that she was being kidnapped in hopes she’d remember? But how could she?! She was only a baby. Was the apple green? Are serial killers capable of having families as well? A whole facade? Phony persona? Could the Zodiac Killer have a daughter whose favorite color is green and who desperately wanted a baby girl? Why did the employee die who heard Annalycia crying in the car? How did the employee die? Natural causes or under suspicious circumstances? Were any threatening letters or calls received from the Zodiac Killer regarding Annalycia and/or the deceased employee? Has she been found but her case remains “unsolved” to protect the lives of others thanks to threats from the Zodiac Killer? Does Annalycia’s real biological family still care about her? Are they still alive? Are you sure they could love her and accept her as she is after all these years? Why aren’t there any pictures of her parents? Why doesn’t anyone mention her father? If Annalycia ever is found alive and well then how the heck do you inform someone that they’ve been raised by kidnappers and potentially even serial killers? I’m just a black sheep trying to make sense of my bare minimum life. I’ve never seen a baby picture of myself. I’d definitely like to know if my beliefs here match up with any untold facts.

I don’t want to get everyone’s hopes up and then not be the missing baby. Ya know? But there is some feeling when I look at her baby pictures. Like… “Could it be?”

Maybe it was a red Cosmic apple because the word, “Cosmic” has something to do with the galaxy just like the word, “Zodiac” in The Zodiac Killer. Right? Well, I’m still going to eat apples… when I want to that is. Haters aren’t gonna ruin things for me anymore!

No, I don’t have that birthmark on my neck, but my second born daughter does. Also, I think it’s possible that the deformity looking thing on my bottom lip could be from some evil person modifying my appearance so they never get caught. I’ve asked doctors what it is & I’ve searched for a similar mark on someone’s lip & nothinggggg! No name for it, nothing. So, I’m thinking it’s a modification.

Have you considered completing a DNA kit with 23andme or Ancestry to see if you have any close relative matches? I completely understand why you would be curious if you have no baby pictures of yourself and feel out of place, but I think there is a lot of missing information here and it is difficult for readers to understand why you believe you might be Annalycia.

immediately after reading this story i came to the conclusion that the mother's boyfriend was involved... chiloquin is pretty remote so the possibility of someone kidnapping Annalycia a few minutes from the car seems unlikely... not to mention that no one saw her at 5:30 when her mother's boyfriend stopped at the store...
the detail that there was no car seat and it was a backpack to carry her and the fact that he drove to her house to check if her mother had picked her up also seem very strange to me... the fishing trip seems like a ruse to get rid of the body and have a story about her disappearance.. although i lean more towards the sale or gift of the baby to someone who was waiting for him at the point outside the store... he leaves the baby unattended with the car open and the person comes and steals her... Spear is a piece of garbage of a human being, scum and the neglected mother even worse...

Age: 7 months old
Height and Weight: 2'3, 14 pounds
Distinguishing Characteristics: Hispanic female. Light brown hair, blue eyes. Cruz has a quarter-sized, red-colored birthmark on the nape of her neck. Some agencies may spell her first name "Analycia" or her middle name "Marie." She may be known as Alison Fowler.
Clothing/Jewelry Description: A white jumpsuit with pink animal designs, and pink and white socks.



Details of Disappearance
Cruz was last seen at Clyde's Market in her hometown of Chiloquin, Oregon at 5:30 p.m. on July 9, 1994. Her mother's boyfriend, William Russell Spear, says he left her in the car for a few minutes while he went inside the store and when he came out, she was gone. Cruz was not sitting in a car seat at the time of her disappearance. She was not reported missing until 6:19 p.m., over an hour after Spear last saw her. She is missing under suspicious circumstances and is considered to be endangered. In 1995, Cruz's mother, Alice R. Fowler, sued William Russell Spear for $4 million in damages relating to Cruz's disappearance; she claimed his negligent babysitting caused the infant's disappearance. The lawsuit was later dismissed for lack of evidence supporting it. Cruz remains missing and her case is unsolved.

I know this sounds absolutely wild but hear me out.. I can't remember exactly how I found this missing child (my childhood is very hard to remember & nothing aligns with what I've been told my whole life) My parents have resided in Oregon in the past & my brother & his wife still live in the Portland area. Anyways, it may be a very odd coincidence but I have the birth mark on the back of my neck & I also look relatively close to the age progression pictures.. my baby pictures are also comparable, however I only have 2 I have seen (Both at 7-10 months) I did see a previous picture once but it looked nothing like "me". Here's the other kicker.. my parents had a little girl that was born still born in 1994. My birthdate is 07/02/1996. My mom was told she couldn't have children due to a medical condition however boom, two years later I was somehow born with no medical issues & also no birth record to where they state I was born. (North Platte, NE) I have contacted the sheriff's office in Oregon to just state my concerns & was treated as a mockery.. I don't want to get anyone's hopes up but I have been trying to research the family & see if I look like they do at all.. no luck. If ANYONE has any additional information, please let me know. I have quite a few other "odd" similarities but very well could have just been lied to my whole life & be who they say I am. Although I don't believe I look anything like any of my family, & all of my children had chubby cheeks & eyes. I also have natural curls & NO ONE else in my immediate family does. Anyways, I'll stop rambling but would like to maybe see if anyone knows her birth mom or has a picture I can compare to myself.
