I found zero information on Bryan, other than what has been posted above, so I decided to focus on the area where he was last seen.

John Henry's Bar is technically but not immediately close to the Williamette River. Like if the bar was right next to the river, I could see a scenario where maybe he went there to relieve himself but fell in.

But the description makes it sound like he was just standing outside the bar, not walking away from it or towards anywhere else. And the street view shows a populated area with a lot of shops, restaurants, and other businesses, so someone should've seen that—especially outside a bar or restaurant.

There are some highways nearby. Is it possible he tried hitchhiking back home and just ran into the wrong person?
