Deputies in Polk County looking for missing woman

The Polk County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing adult female. Carrie Nicole McCrae, age 32 was last seen on Saturday 07/07/18 in Downtown Salem. Carrie was last seen wearing a grey "Cali" shift and blue jeans. She contacted family prior to an agreed upon meeting time to push it back and has not been seen since the 7th. Carrie apparently has disappeared like this for short periods of time in the past, but never for this long.

Carrie McCrae is described as a light skinned black female with dark brown long hair standing about 5'5 and weighing 120 lbs. If you see Carrie contact your local law enforcement or the Polk County Sheriff's Office at 503-623-9251 and reference case number 18-1546.

UPDATE**

Carrie has reached out to her family via phone and has informed them that she is fine. The Polk County Sheriff's Office would still like to meet her in person to speak with her but at this point she is not considered endangered.
