The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing and endangered teenager from the Oak Grove area. Charlotte Fosgate, age 17, was last seen late in the evening on Friday, May 1, 2025, along SE Arista Drive. Charlotte is described as a white female with a medium build, 5’10”, 130 lbs., with brown eyes and long, brown curly hair. She usually wears gold framed glasses.

Charlotte has been diagnosed with significant mental health issues and could be a danger to herself. She did not take prescribed medications with her. She has a transit pass and may be using public transportation. Her family believes she may be somewhere in the Portland area.

Police are searching for a missing teen who has not been seen since leaving home early Friday morning.

The 17-year-old, Charlotte, was last seen leaving her home on Southeast Arista Drive in Milwaukie in the early morning hours Friday, according to family. She took only a bus pass, leaving her wallet home.

Nothing in MSM yet, but have seen a sad update on social media (can’t link due to Websleuths’ TOS). A missing flyer produced and shared by her friends has concerning details about her last known whereabouts and the last thoughts she posted on social media before her phone became inactive.

Maybe she left her wallet at home because she was trying to go hang out with a relative or friend who would cover her food for a few days. Then, of course, her mental illness kicked in and she is lost somewhere in town now.
