http://www.katu.com/stories/76101.html this link is to a oregon news cast. the two men this story talks about is a good example of why children are at risk. these two guys are not going to stop what they set out to do.

Fransisco Estrada paid $15,000 in cash to get out of jail, Julalio Alvarez paid $7,500.

I am taking that to mean they are walking the streets again...what a shame. There should automatically be no bail in cases like this. Now what happens if these two kidnap, rape or kill some child...this is going too far:behindbar
