That’s exactly what I’m wondering as there is seriously no mention of that either anywhere. The link you posted is literally the only thing that’s showing up for him, and this happened in 2018 :/

CATHLAMET — Thanks to dental records, human remains found June 26 on Wahkiakum County’s Columbia River shoreline were identified on July 2 as those of Cory Martin, 26, of Portland, the Wahkiakum County Sheriff’s Office said in a press release.

Rest in peace, Cory.
