"Danielle Brandon may be having a mental health crisis, police said. There was no indication of foul play.

Brandon left her car, cellphone and ID when she left her Northeast Portland home around 11:30 p.m.

Brandon is 5-foot-6, 118 pounds and may be wearing a red or brown top, police said."
