Circumstances of Disappearance Earl Smart was last known to live on a rural piece of property in Wasco County, Oregon. His landlord has not seen him for approximately 2 years.

I question the statement on namus. His landlord hadn't seen him for ~2 yrs, but was his rent being paid? That's more key to me than when last seen. I lived in an apartment for 13 yrs, paid my rent monthly, yet had only seen my landlord a handful of times.
