OR OR - Fairview, remains located in field, March 19 2024

We have a heavy homeless presence around this area so transient is possible, however there isn’t an established camp in this specific spot (too open), and LE had crime scene tape up and active team on site for nearly two full days - which is not typical when they just find someone deceased in a tent from overdose or exposure (MOO). I will go review the rules but in case someone just knows off the top of their head, can we share archived police scanner recordings? If so I’ll try to find the call that went in to prompt the investigation.

Hmm hopefully they can extract DNA and compare this UID against Jaime Doering. He went missing a few miles away in Gresham a few years back. Brown hair and around that height, would have worn clothes close to that size, and was transient. His encampment must have been in the deeper wooded area beside/behind the Target… the area they had their investigation tent and barrier tape set up was out in a more open area of the field.
