Joseph Daniel Coccia, 70, was reported missing on Sunday.

Deputies said he was involved in a hit-and-run on Friday on the 8800 block of Lookingglass Road in Roseburg.

Coccia is described as a white man with brown eyes who stands 5'6'' and weighs about 135 lbs. They said he also suffers from dementia and drives a green 1997 Subaru Legacy with Oregon license plate VRP113.

Looks like all farm land around where he was last seen. Also, a creek or river across the road.

Coccia, who has dementia according to the caller, is reported to be associated with a green 1997 Subaru Legacy with Oregon license plate VRP113. Coccia's vehicle was involved in a hit and run on Friday, January 12th at approximately 6:30 pm in the 8800-block of Lookingglass Road in Roseburg.
