Thank you for remembering a missing young man who is someone's child and loved one. I did a public record search of him, since LE has released his full legal name. He has an extensive criminal history of possession of drugs and delivering drugs for payment. Sucha lifestyle, unfortunately, puts people in harm's way.

Likely, tactile delusion is common with meth psychosis, as well as paranoia. Since there was no arrest, other then Ms. Benway, I'm guessing this is the case.
