I don't know who Amanda is but I believe that she goes by Amanda Reckonwith. She always has tons of great pics on her site of crime stuff.

can you PLEASE hook me up with the appropriate thread, i'm lost in pop ups and tabs - you'd think one of them might be the right one, but NO...

there's lots of silence now and not hearing anymore about THAT call....unless i'm just not "getting" their raps & rhymes.

hate to do this folks but we are taking a little intermission. Need to see what is going on.

Please be patient, hang tight and the thread will return.

Ok I see there is confusion here and i am sorry about that.
Standard rules apply.

We are victim friendly so sleuthing family members that are not suspected of being involved in the crime or the disappearance is not cool.

Translation: don't make random accusations or post personal information (even if it is public) like parking tickets, their address or the first and last names of all their relatives and their neighbors.

However that does not mean that family members cannot come into discussion as the facts and issues of the case are discussed. They may be a part of the situation even if they are not a suspect, IOW they may have given information to LE or media reports that are open for discussion. You can certainly voice your opinion as to what they have said.

Bashing players or each other is never constructive.

Please refer to the OP for more information as well.

The idea is to discuss possibilities with the information we have, but not start or perpetuate rumors that are not based in any fact.

Imagine this is your family and your child when you are not sure what to do and think how you would like your case discussed; you will make the right decision every time. be careful in your posting and all will be fine.

Constructive discussion is the key.

Thanks everyone and sorry this has been closed and there has been confusion.

Okay, since it's so quiet in here I'll go first! (treading very lightly!)

Thank you for your hard work JBean!

I saw that Freefallzzz posted on the scanner thread that she had a chance to drive past the school and the quarry area and take some pictures. Maybe she'll post them here, now that we're back! I hope I didn't misspell "freefallzz".

Let's get the ball rolling again with an informal poll, if you guys want.

Do you believe that Kyron walked off from the school or that Kyron was taken from the school?

(Wish we could do a poll thread, but at least we can get a feel for what most people think with this.)

Police Give Subtle Clues in Kyron Horman Disappearance

Tuesday marks the 5th day that Kyron Horman has been missing.

First, the police have classified the search as a criminal investigation. This likely means they have ruled out the idea that Kyron walked away from the school on his own. Authorities know something that tells them Kyron was forced to leave Skyline Elementary.

I think he was lured by a child predator.

I think that he went of his own "free will" with someone not realizing "what " that someone really was- a monster.

I just don't know but I am leaning towards taken because he should have been found by now if he wandered off.

Whew, bout time...thought I was going to go through all my xanax listening to the scanner thread. We got some loonies out there people, for the love of God, crazy to think kids are going through this stuff everyday. I didn't hear any further mention on the scanner about the VW, wonder if it checked out.

Can we see the pics from around the scene freefallzzzz?

taken by someone he knows
I won't elaborate further at this point b/c my suspicion has more to do with gut feeling than evidence

I'm voting "taken", but with the notation that he was probably tricked into going "willingly", which, in my opinion is still "taken".
