#alert Authorities are looking for endangered missing person Luis Parra-Ramirez, 23. He went missing from his parents’ residence on Mather Road in Clackamas around midnight on Nov. 6.

Luis is high-functioning on the autism spectrum and has been without access to needed medication for several days. He has a distinctive face tattoo with three dots and a left-arm tattoo with three letters. A photo is attached.
