<<The Rev. Bruce Glover, who will officiate at the ceremony, said Tuesday that Refsell had been vacationing in Oregon. His car was found March 26 near the edge of a cliff in the Newport area. His body has not been found. Oregon State Police told the Kaimin Tuesday that Refsell has been declared missing, but Glover said his family presumes he is dead. Glover said that apparently Refsell slipped off the cliff while taking pictures and fell into the ocean. Police would only say that his car was found and that there is no evidence of foulplay.>>
