I've suggested this woman could be the skull of a possible Green River victim, found or not. No rule-outs are posted.

I looked through the Green River missing persons list for any women matching the age and found five possibilities:

Original

Louise Marie Sanders

Original

Patricia Anne Osborn

Original

Linda Louise Jackson

Original

Keli Kay McGinness

Tonya Lee Clemmons

These are all the suspected victims I could find from the 80s who were adults. Louise and Tonya match best, given they're the only ones in the age range, while the rest are slightly younger.

It's very possible that this woman could be in NamUs as a missing person, but the scarcity of this case means this woman could be anyone.

Multnomah County Jane Doe has been unidentified for 37 years today.

I'm not sure when this changed but her NamUs profile now says her date of recovery is November 6, 1978.

That’s a pretty critical transposition. Big difference, 9 years.

I believe the new date is correct, as the case number is 78-9991, which makes a lot more sense with this new date. I assume it was an error from whoever put the case in NamUs.

However, I still couldn't find any newspaper records of a skull found in Oregon in November 1978, so still no luck. At the very least, it narrows down the number of women this could be. After looking through NamUs, I've decided to list thirteen possibilities here.

Floy Benett:

Roxanne Sims:

Cherril Miller:

Lynne Brown: (While Lynne is a likely fugitive, fugitives dying and remaining unidentified because they were hiding their identity isn't unheard of, and she's likely in NamUs and the Doe Network for this reason)

Barbara Bryson:

Deborah Tomlinson:

Virginia Erickson:

Kim Charleson:

Vicki Hollar:

Suzanne Justis:

Rita Jolly:

Cindy King
