Joelle says she was walking home from the store along Southeast Salmon Street by 28th Avenue just before 7:30 Sunday night when she found a cat decapitated.

Josh Bartoemay says he also came across a cat decapitated and gutted while delivering mail a few blocks east on Salmon Street.

Sick!! The article mentions that in both cases there was no blood and organs taken. Ritual?

Wow this is disgusting. Anyone familiar with the area? This part of Portland known as being good?
