She possibly had a few friends in the area but perhaps someone who lived near her home stalked her and did the unthinkable. I have the feeling that whomever took her also took her life and possibly found an area to bury her either nearby or elsewhere. Or perhaps one of her neighbor's may have got a hold of her and caused the disappearance.
Im sure the lazy Clackamas police didn't attempt to do any thorough search nor get any detectives involved to do a deep search of her since her family most likely had faced a language barrier at the time. I actually had a boyfriend that I used to live with in the SAME complex as she had and this was about 2009-2010, the people who lived in the area at the time were a mix, some may have been criminals or looked questionable. There was a time when I heard a baby scream like as if someone was doing something terrible to it. It lasted for about 20 minutes, I wish I had the courage to call the police to do a welfare check in the apartment nearby.
Then there were newer apartments and town homes and residences built nearby too and new ones being built at the time, so there may have been someone who knew something that lived there prior but may have moved or passed from old age or just keeps silent about it. I didn't particularly like walking that stretch Olga walked in 2004 when I lived there back then in 2009-2010 but have a gut feeling that some male took advantage of her and ended her life. Im sure the family asked all of her friends about her whereabouts, that is if she had any friends that they knew of but it is also possible that they let the police know about it but it didn't become public. Im sure someone most likely got away with killing her. I mean, no one leaves money, their clothes, possessions and identification documents if they are planning to move elsewhere when they are in their early 20's.
As of 2025, many people have been murdered in the Portland Metro area since 2004 and the police just never caught them nor would they have invested financially into detectives searching for clues nor to solve those mysteries more than they had tried. Im sure anyone reading this had witnessed a time where they knew the police did not find the murderers, weather they saw it on the news or personally knew someone who had passed due to being murdered.
I actually knew a girl who was married to a guy with Olgas last name, here locally and it may have been his cousin but we are out of contact now and I actually just discovered this missing case and so I wouldnt be able to ask her to verify it was her unless we somehow crossed paths. But even then, it may be pointless. I also tried looking up her family by the address location and a Vera came up which I would assume was her mother now deceased (pretty sure due to all of the stress that got to her) and couldn't get any other info on her immediate family.
What would have been smart at the time, was to get search dogs involved to find her or the traces of her scent and to possibly target a location she was last confirmed by the search dog. They could also have talked to every single neighboor in the area, but again, Im sure they didn't care to do so. Im sure the Clackamas police just like the Portland police, do as little as possible because they actually don't care for nothing but getting their paychecks.
Bump Olgas case.
