Given his shirt with the town Hubbard (a small town south of Portland) I checked obituaries for anyone named Estela in Oregon. One comes up and she was actually raised in Hubbard. Not sure yet how it can connect them besides that though. I can't see an obituary for the husband and don't see if it says he predeceased her or not.
Edit: Nasario Valenciano shows up on LinkedIn so I don't imagine it'd be him.
Edit: that is probably the son with the same name.
