Circumstances:
Rachel was dropped off by a Lyft driver on the St. John’s Bridge. Concerned about her behavior, the driver contacted the police. Officers later found on the bridge, two of her purses containing her earnings from that night, along with her phone, which only functioned with Wi-Fi.
Her manager noted that Rachel seemed down that evening and mentioned to security it might be the “last time” they’d see her, explaining she planned to quit and pursue a career in healthcare.

Oregon makes it less than easy to find a link to court records. I finally managed to find her in the system. She's currently on probation which was recently extended due to probation violation and her drivers license is currently suspended. If she's gone missing, I'd be willing to bet the probation will soon be revoked and another warrant for her arrest will be forthcoming. I used to live on a houseboat in the little marina on the west edge of Sauvie Island, very rural area, mostly farms and some nature preserve type areas, at least 43 years ago. I still don't think it is overly built up - so she may have gone in the water upstream, closer to Portland and then moved down with the currents. Sad for the news, but glad they have found her so she can be laid to rest properly.
