LE has been pretty quiet on this other than releasing a statement thatthere was no ongoing threat to the public.. The weather that morning had a large band of rain/snow mix moving east through the mountenous area, any tire tracks and footprints would have been seriously compromised, if found IMO. NOAA weather for that day attached as a screenshot (Note: time of 1330 is coordinated universal time, NOT local time). Radar DataHis car was found on a logging road, which to me means unpaved. Any tires tracks or footprints found?
I fully agree.I'm thinking whoever drove the vehicle there knew the area - it's not a place one would accidentally find. With the remoteness, combined with the vehicle being "torched" (as opposed to having been involved in an accident and caught fire) I think someone was trying to hide something. That will be key, IMO, to finding Mr. Long.
The wife's FB has information as to mental health concerns, not verified so I didn't link it at the time. It's been echoed by another family member (still unverified by LE or MSM).I fully agree.
