Possibly a small, horseshoe-shaped scar to the side of RT eye

Clothing:
Often wore short, multi-patched faux fur jacket
Often wore brown, wooden high-heel platform shoes
Sometimes wore large, light brown "Afro" wig


Sims has been missing from the Portland area since approximately 1977.

She’s my mom’s age, which we are from OR as well. Mom and all of family except dad and I are there. I’m going to ask friends and family in that area. She’s 2 weeks older than my mom. As scary as it is she looks a LOT like my mom did during that time. No relation whatsoever though.

I have been looking at many missing persons cases profiled at the Charley Project. There are way too many where "

"few details are available." One of these cases is Roxanne Marie Sims. She went missing sometime in 1977 (they

cannot nail down a date). When she vanished, she was 18 years old. She went missing from Portland, Oregon.

Missing for over 40 years! In most missing person cases, I usually manage to read about someone (s) who is

missing them. Or I find family or friends post on the Internet or social media about them. But thought Roxanne

Marie Sims is missing and is in NamUs, there seem to be no family or friends or anyone missing her. Hers wa one

Roxanne Marie Sims is just one case that haunts me. "Few details are available cases" do, especially when they

were under 20 when they went missing.

Wow. She reminds me of El Dorado Jane Doe in that photo. I'm not sure if her age works though. She might have been too old by 1991. And EDJD was reportedly taller. She does actually! It's possible Roxanne's height may be incorrect as there is so little information about her. I wish we knew more about her.

Apparently Roxanne doesn't have dentals and Finley Creek JD only has dentals, so she can't be ruled in or out at present. Dr. Vance considers her to be ruled out.
