Shausha has a red mark on top of her head
Shaina has a triangle-shaped birthmark on back of her head.

I have a theory that Mayer and Oehring’s deaths were not a murder suicide. Perhaps after murdering Kimyala, they planned to sell the girls, and the person who was set to purchase them murdered Mayer and Oehring and took the kids? Their birth certificates and car seats are still missing.
